They are considered to be the ones, who can reliably deal with many different opportunities and circumstances. One might not like the upcoming changes and technological advancements, but they must be flexible and should have the will to adapt to these changes for a successful and a prosperous future. It is important to appreciate that competition and technology are constantly combining to force the top management to re-evaluate company operations. Adapting to change helps in the survival of the fittest, in the society.
