RC Boca Hobbies recently moved into a new, larger location at 20449 State Rd 7 in west Boca Raton's Mission Bay Plaza. "We have been growing steadily the past several years and we needed a larger space to continue that growth," said owner Joseph Moschello. "The new space is over 60% bigger than our previous location, which gives us the opportunity to expand our stock substantially."
Sales for the popular south Florida hobby retailer have been increasing both in their traditional brick-and-mortar store and through their online store at http://www.rcboca.com since opening in 2004. Moschello attributes that growth to the company's attention to customer service. "Knowing which product to recommend to our customers, offering it at the lowest price possible, and being there to support them after the sale is the only way to thrive in rough economic times."
Moschello said the slow economy has focused staff on their goals. "We know our customers have limited budgets for recreation and hobbies so we have to work even harder to earn their business," he said.
