What's the best way to raise the last bit of capital needed to launch my business?

I have raised $700,000 in funding from two local investors for a hospitality business. I need an additional $300,000 of funds--what's the best way to raise the rest?
Traditional investors, angel investors or lenders will be your best avenues to search for interested parties.

Most investors will want to see a business plan and know how much you have invested in your venture as well as the potential return on their investment with a set time table.
