How do I take demographics into account while writing a business plan when I don

I am trying to write a business plan but it is hard to write most of it when I don't have a location yet. Demographics are very different in various areas near where I live. What should I do?

Shouldn't you be using demographics to help you decide where to locate? If the demographics are different in various areas near where you live, then that should be an important consideration in the choice of location. There are other considerations, perhaps, but certainly that one matters.
