How can I get rid of a small business that I don't want to be in?

My father-in-law has willed me his small business where I am to own 49% of the business. His widow owes 51% of the business. I do not want to be in this business partnership, so what do I do?

Great question with a simple answer: You can sell the shares to his widow on on vendor finance, instead of paying you up front.
