Additionally, the game also serves as an attention-grabbing training instrument for incoming employees, says the chain’s founder and CEO, Scott Nelowet. “I can do online training, I can do classes, I can do spreadsheets, a handout -- like everybody else does,” he said, “but this generation learns through gaming.”
