How It's Possible to Rescue a Truly Backward Entrepreneur 'Bar Rescue' host Jon Taffer wants to get inside your head and make you doubt yourself.

As host of Spike's Bar Rescue, it's Jon Taffer's job to help struggling bar owners pull themselves out of debt and failure and get their finances, concept and workforce in order.

But this is easier said than done -- but it isn't impossible. Unless a business owner has dug him or herself so far in the red that no amount of assistance will help, there is only one way he can get even the worst owners to stop the bleeding and turn things around. "I got to change the way they think and that's ugly," Taffer says.

By doing this, an entrepreneur realizes what he or she is doing wrong, accepts it and is held accountable. Only then can the person move forward with positive results.

"I am going to be in your face and force you to doubt yourself," Taffer continues. "If I can create one minute of doubt ... your brain opens a little bit, and I walk right in."
