There's no standard readily-accepted single list on this, but it's a common theme, many different experts have written on this. After reading your question I just went back to the home page at www.entrepreneur.com and used the search box on the upper right to search for "recession-proof business," which turned up lots of links, first in the entrepreneur.com site and then (you click whether you want to search the web or search just the entrepreneur.com on the web at large.

Try those searches and you'll get more than you want. Unfortunately, the hard part is guessing which of these various expert answers is right, because it's still all just guessing the future.
