How do I find independent contractors for my real estate investing business?
I am a real estate investor who needs to delegate some of the daily operations of the business. Some of the jobs include administrative assistant and marketing assistant. I have tried local colleges but they lose interest when I explain what I need done and that taxes are their responsiblity. The pay scale is based on productivity. I thought about participating in a job fair at a local college.

Advertise for those positions … and just be clear and upfront about what type of professionals you are looking for and how they can work with you.

Especially on the marketing side, you may need a person with a bit more experience than a college graduate ...  who may or may not be used to working  on  a "contract" basis.
