The average American business leader is male, 51 years old, earns $408,000 per year and has a personal net worth of $1.7 million. And they're also very media savvy. According to a recent survey by Ipsos Media, America's senior executives and CEOs are highly educated and motivated, and are turning to a variety of media sources for information. Magazines, journals, the internet, and digital and satellite TV were some of the top ways the business elite consume information. Not surprisingly, more and more business leaders are turning to the internet, with more than two-thirds spending more time reading business information there than in the past. But, these business leaders say they still rely on newspapers and magazines for news and information.
