It may have a funny name, but Tofurky is taking the world by storm. We first mentioned it in a November article on Entrepreneur.com, and tonight, the alternative meat will make a TV appearance on The History Channel's show Modern Marvels. Tofurky's deli slices will be featured on the show along with cold cut favorites like salami and bologna. The Modern Marvels crew took a tour of Turtle Island Foods, manufacturers of Tofurky, to record the segment. Tune in tonight as the show walks viewers through how the faux meat deli slices are produced.
