Menchie's Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt Franchise
We're a fast-growing, global frozen yogurt franchise looking for enthusiastic people with an entrepreneurial spirit, skilled in guest care, and a passion for making guests smile.
Our mission statement is "We Make You Smile."
What is Menchie's?
Menchie's is the world's largest self-serve frozen yogurt franchise. We're not just in the business of serving frozen yogurt; we're in the business of making people smile. We want every guest to come away with a great dessert and feeling better than when they walked in. Every colorful, mix-it-yourself Menchie's store is designed with smiles in mind and to be a safe place where families want to hang out and keep coming back for more.
We serve our own proprietary frozen yogurt, and we have varieties to appeal to every palate and diet, from tart and non-fat to low-carb, gluten-free, no-sugar-added and non-dairy. And speaking of dairy, we get all our milk products from a specially selected dairy where cows are never treated with bovine growth hormones. Menchie's guests fall in love with our many can't-get-them-anywhere flavors, and they keep coming back.
We're a top-ranked franchise system, listed as Entrepreneur's top-rated frozen yogurt franchise in their annual Franchise 500 list in 2013
How much does it cost and how much can I make?
Our investment starts at $310,000.
Why do customers love Menchie's?
Menchie's strives to offer the community a happy place for kids of all ages. Children love our adorable, swirly froyo-hatted character, and face of the Menchie's brand, and his lovable sidekicks The Sweet Friends, like Chip the dog, Mookie the cow and Kiwi. We rotate our dizzying array of custom flavors and toppings so guests know they can find their reliable favorites as well as something new whenever they visit. With kids come parents, friends and family, and that's one of the reasons Menchie's does so well in the marketplace; we appeal to all ages and all walks of life.
What makes Menchie's different?
What makes Menchie's stand out from the crowd is our devotion to providing an excellent customer experience. We don't just serve up a high-quality, great tasting frozen yogurt, we serve up smiles. Dunkin Donuts serves its customers a great cup of coffee. Starbucks serves a comfortable place for a community to socialize. Menchie's thinks and acts like Starbucks.
Our CEO, Amit Kleinberger, who has been at the helm of the company since 2008, says that "Menchie's is not in the business of frozen yogurt. We are in the business of making people smile. And that's what prospective franchisees need to understand before they choose a frozen yogurt franchise."
