We at Assisted Transition are Elder Care Advisors who specialize in providing personalized senior living placement, care, and concierge services. Our experts help seniors understand their independent living, assisted living, residential care, memory care, skilled nursing or in home care options. We help find local, long term care based on the senior’s needs. The best part about our services is that we provide them at NO COST to the senior or their family! Payment structure may vary in Texas.
Assisted Transition is "reinventing" the referral and senior placement industry. We are creating a new category of service, one that looks nothing like the unprofessional, online mentality that the industry is conditioned to expect.
Our unique focus and mission is to make each placement ‘personal’, and by that we mean, we work side-by-side with each senior and their family throughout the entire placement process. We meet with the families and preform a comprehensive assessment of their needs; whether financial, health, social, or personal needs, etc. Our local placement Advisors/Owners contact only the communities that align most appropriately with our clients' needs. And we accompany our clients on the tours of Senior Living communities.
We have an experienced franchise team and a system to put you on the best path to success. It starts with our detailed, pre-opening task checklist that contains each activity you will need to complete to get your business open. You will then attend Assisted Transition University (ATU). ATU is an intensive 5 day training at our corporate headquarters in Long Beach, CA. From there you will be assigned a Business Consultant to assist you through every step of your opening. They will also work with you on your business development activities and how to build your inventory. They stick with you as you grow and progress through each stage of start-up and on-going success.
