Here are some examples of our support: Architectural Building Design & Engineering Support, Construction Management, Vendor Ordering assistance from a preferred vendor list, a structured and comprehensive Operational Training program, Field Training in person and via eLearning, Certified Online Training courses such as Operations, Food Safety, Customer Service and Management training. Additional SONIC Support includes: Business Planning, a National Purchasing Program, Human Resource Training, Product Innovations, Staff Selection Training, and Consumer Insights. All of this support is designed for our new and existing franchisee community!
