Over the past five years the frozen yogurt business has experienced truly impressive growth. IBISWorld estimates that revenue has climbed at an average annual rate of 21.0% during the period while industry revenue is still expected to grow in double digits to $1.5 billion. This impressive growth is driven by the cultural shift towards healthy living and eating.
With this cultural shift in ind, di’lishi uses the highest quality products available, insuring that you are actually taking good care of your body while enjoying an amazing frozen treat. Not all frozen yogurt is created equal. Our yogurt is truly frozen yogurt…yogurt which is frozen – not a powdered, dried additive or a mix with refrigerated yogurt added in at some point during the manufacturing. What this means for you is off-the-chart probiotic counts with all the taste and feel of ice cream without any of the guilt! We have 10 amazing flavors on tap available every day, including one non-dairy sorbet and one no-sugar-added for special dietary needs.
With the flagship store opening in 2011 our founder and CEO, Marlo Francis, wanted to create an environment that invited people to come in and stay awhile. She wanted to serve the finest yogurt and toppings that she could find, as well as a way to regularly contribute to the community around her.
After all of her hard work, the result was di’lishi! She built her model on what have become the three foundational pillars of the company: good for the body, good for the environment and good for the community. With these pillars firmly in place, di’lishi has been a success from the start! Fortifying these three pivotal pillars has made di’lishi, what Marlo calls, “fro-yo recession-proof” – meaning it’s built to stand the test of time, instead of being just another quick cookie cutter following a trend.
Beginning in 2012 di’lishi began to franchise this truly unique and exciting concept. Since that time 7 additional franchise locations have opened. All the while we were preparing our infrastructure and building an experienced real estate and development team to implement an aggressive and rapid growth plan.
There are single and multi-unit franchising opportunities available in most markets. The prototype facility of approximately 2,400 square feet can be modified depending on demographic and real estate factors.
We invite you to join the growing di’lishi family and as our tag line says, explore all the ways you can “create something more”.

Cindy and Tim Snider, Owners of di’lishi frozen yogurt bar, Greensboro, NC:
“di’lishi is a great brand. It was a no brainer for us to be involved. The yogurt is fantastic. It was the first thing that drew us in. The product is amazing and everyone agrees. The branding is fantastic – spot on. I think the big differentiation for us over other frozen yogurt opportunities was the giveback and community involvement. di’lishi participates in and gives back to the community more than other frozen yogurt stores.”
Dr. Todd Williams, Owner - di'lishi frozen yogurt bar, Southern Pines, NC
"di'lishi is a premium fro-yo company that cares the most. They care about quality, service, customer experience and the local community. That is what drew me to the model and what I take the most pride in as an owner."
