Franchisees were surveyed about several aspects of the franchisor’s business, including training and support. Express received a 100% satisfaction level on its initial training provided to franchisees. The company also received a 95% satisfaction rating indicating how franchisees’ rated the overall quality of the company, and a 93% satisfaction rating for franchisor relations, which asked franchisees to rank the statement “My franchisor understands that if I am successful they will be successful.”
