OrderUp franchisees are responsible for signing restaurants up for online ordering, maintaining the restaurant relationships, and marketing OrderUp on the ground through a consistent, daily presence. OrderUp handles all of the technology, including building and maintaining menus; the support, including an around-the-clock call center; and training, including marketing and sales best practices.

Franchisees receive remote, on-site, and ongoing training. Franchisees also receive access to an online franchisee community. OrderUp provides a round-the-clock call center to provide customer and franchisee support.
