"If you have been searching for a "top-quality education at an affordable price," look no further than Cal State San Bernardino. Students note that this "big-school-within-a-small-school feel" is blessed with a staff of "knowledgeable professors that go out of their way to make sure students learn the material presented." "The majority of students at CSUSB commute to school, and most are balancing the rigors of "getting an education while trying to juggle a job and a social life at the same time." As a result, students tend to have a casual involvement with campus life, socializing informally with classmates and possibly getting involved in a few extracurricular activities. A current undergrad shares a somewhat typical day in the life: "I take a full load of classes each quarter and usually stop by the Student Union for an iced soy chai, chat with my sorority sisters, and grab a bite to eat before my next class."
