This bunch is a convivial crew who are instilled with the knowledge that "the people in our classes are going to be our colleagues when we are done with school, so everyone is willing to work together if someone needs help." Students here work hard, and "the environment amongst students is about as positive as a system based on pure academic competition can be." Again, there is a split between evening and day students, but as there isn't much overlap, tension is kept at a minimum. The average student here is "smart, conscientious, and fun," and "it seems like there are no âbad apples'" in this "supportive and positive environment." As far as student social life goes, there are plenty of opportunities for extracurricular involvement, both social and academic: clubs, organizations, social events/parties, moot court, journal, trial advocacy. "Although I do not have a social life, it is of my own doing as the school provides the opportunity for a vast number of happy hours both on and off campus as well as larger events," confesses a 2L. "The entire law school is self-contained, with "everything from the classrooms, to the library, prof's offices, and cafeteriaâ¦all in one gorgeous building made of marble and limestone."
