Entrepreneur Connect is intended for use by small-business owners and those interested in entrepreneurship. You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile and participate on the site. In consideration of your use of the site, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by the registration form.
b. Maintain the security of your password and username.
c. Maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate, current and complete.
d. Be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
User Conduct
I. You, as a user of Entrepreneur Connect, are solely responsible for the content you post to the site. Entrepreneur.com Inc. in no way guarantees any confidentiality with respect to your content.
II. Entrepreneur.com Inc. reserves the right to remove, edit or change user-generated content on the site at its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without notice. Entrepreneur.com Inc. reserves the right to remove user-generated content that is deemed inappropriate, untrustworthy or in direct violation of the Terms of Use.
III. Entrepreneur.com Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, at any time and without notice. Termination of your account may include: (i) removal of access to all available services on the site; (ii) deletion of all of your site assets, related information, files and materials associated with your account.
Restrictions of Use
In accepting the Terms of Use of Entrepreneur Connect, you agree that you will not:
a. Use the site to transmit or post spam, chain letters, contests, junk email, pyramid schemes, surveys or other mass messaging, whether commercial in nature or not.
b. Use the site to harass or advocate harassment of another person or otherwise interfere with a user's enjoyment of the site.
c. Inappropriately use the site for promotional or commercial purposes.
d. Post the same thread across multiple groups when the content does not specifically apply to the interests of that group.
e. Use the site to promote bigotry or discrimination.
f. Use the site to transmit or post illegal materials, including material that is pornographic or obscene.
g. Use the site in violation of the Terms of Use or any applicable law.
h. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the site through hacking, password mining or any other means.
Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Entrepreneur Connect members. Entrepreneur.com Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and other members.
