AWC Commercial Window Coverings

Mobile comm'l. window-covering dry cleaning/sales

Background

Founded: 1963 Franchising since: 1992
AWC has gone through many changes since its beginnings in 1963. Leland B. Daniels created the company as a janitorial service contractor, and in 1980 he incorporated it as AWC Building Services. The company began franchising under the name AWC Commercial Window Coverings in 1992, and in 1996 the entire company changed its name so franchisees and franchisor would all be operating under the same name.

AWC offers its commercial customers drapery cleaning services as well as cleaning and installation of window covering, blinds, shades and cubicle curtains. The company also services carpet and upholstery.
