Hilcorp surpassed its goals for its "Double Drive" incentive last year, a program tied to improving production and meeting other company goals. As a result, the company's employees were each offered either $35,000 in cash or keys to a $50,000 dream car. About 45 percent opted for the car. Special race-car themed parties were held for the big giveaway, all in line with the company's value: "When Hilcorp Wins, We all Win." For the next challenge, company leaders have set a goal to double the size of the company by the end of 2015. Employees are expected to receive $100,000 each if the company succeeds.
