Cook Composites names Colonna as new CEO

Cook Composites & Polymers has named Paul Colonna as CEO, effective July 1.

Colonna, 47, has been North Kansas City-based Cook's vice president of composites since 2004. He previously worked for 10 years at Composites One LLC of Arlington Heights, Ill., last serving as general manager of the company's western region.

Colonna succeeds Charles Bennett, who will retire after serving as CEO since 1998.

Colonna couldn't immediately be reached for comment Monday.
