Disney faces recall of sleeping bags, magic wands

The Walt Disney Co. is recalling sleeping bags and toy magic wands due to the presence of lead paint, according to Thursday media reports.
The products, both originating from the company's Disney Stores, are a Pirates of the Caribbean sleeping bag, which has lead paint on the zipper, and a Tinker Bell wand, which has lead paint on beads in flowers on the top of the toy.
According to the report, the items were sold between April and October 2007.

Customers with either product are instructed to return the items to a Disney Store for a full refund.
The problems were originally reported to the Disney Store's former owner, The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc. Disney (NYSE: DIS)bought the chain back in April.
