1. How do you treat the people you work with?
I want people to like me and prefer to be the center of attention.
I'm pretty laid back and like to get my job done, though I like playing practical jokes on my co-workers.
I want to bend my co-workers into submission and don't mind stepping on people on the way to the top.
2. If you found out a co-worker's secret or problem, what would you do?
I'd try to help out in any way I could, but I tend to spill the beans.
I might tell someone I trust--and yes, maybe make a joke about the situation--but I generally would keep it to myself.
I'd get suspicious of all the co-worker's past and present actions and try to secretly find out more. The person with the most information wins.
3. Who do you connect with most at your office?
My peers... except for the weird ones.
The boss is the only person who matters.
Everyone... or at least I try to.
4. How do you feel about office romances?
They should be kept totally hush-hush. Don't let anyone see your weaknesses.
The more, the merrier! Actually, let me tell you about this one time...
They can really complicate things, but if it's right, you have to go for it.
5. Do you like attending company functions?
If the boss is there, I'm there.
Only if my friends are going.
I live for them! I'm the one throwing the party.
6. What's your biggest fear about work?
That I'm not in the right job and am wasting my life.
That I'll have to reprimand or fire someone.
That I won't move ahead as I so deserve.
7. What kind of practical joke would you play on a co-worker?
Something clever, but generally pretty friendly.
I don't play practical jokes. Unless someone asks me to.
Something totally over-the-top--though sometimes my co-workers don't have the vision to understand my jokes
8. How do you like to run meetings?
I like to use a lot of humor and keep things spontaneous.
I try to avoid running meetings altogether.
I like to be 100% prepared and keep things very businesslike.
9. How much do you watch what you say?
Thinking before I speak is not exactly my strongest suit. I prefer to let spontaneity by my guide.
I try to carefully craft everything I say to get the desired result out of the person I'm talking to.
I have a pretty good idea about who I can talk openly with and who I can't.
10. Where do you want to be in 5 years?
Running the company.
Doing the same thing I'm doing right now--I love my job.
I don't quite know yet. I'm going to see where things take me.
