EVATONE TO REPLICATE AND MARKET FLEXPLAY DVD.

Evatone, Inc., a privately held Clearwater, Florida company which, for 78 years, has been a leader in bringing innovative media options to market, has been selected by Flexplay Technologies, Inc. to manufacture, market and distribute Flexplay's flexible play DVDs.

A Flexplay-enabled DVD is similar to a conventional DVD, except that it has a 48-hour viewing window that begins when the disc is removed from its packaging. This pre-set viewing window allows consumers to enjoy home entertainment without worrying about rental returns, late fees or scratched discs. After 48 hours of impeccable play, the DVD is no longer readable by the player. Flexplay discs are fully recyclable and Flexplay Technologies has partnered with GreenDisk to implement an accessible consumer-recycling program. A Flexplay-enabled DVD works in all players, DVD drives and gaming systems designed to accept a standard DVD.

The Flexplay agreement enables Evatone to expand its services and target new business areas, creating new opportunities for content owners such as independent filmmakers and studios, video game publishers, and music labels. Flexplay enabled DVDs allow content providers to seize new and powerful distribution opportunities that offer consumers a greater level of convenience and control.
