Under the terms of the agreement, Infocrossing has transitioned HickoryTech's mainframe processing to one of Infocrossing's data centers, providing a robust, scaleable computing infrastructure to support HickoryTech's billing and client relationship management applications.

HickoryTech is the largest telecommunications company headquartered in Minnesota, providing local and long-distance phone service, data communications and Internet access to businesses and consumers throughout the region. The company's mainframe operations support HickoryTech's core billing applications applying rate schedules to over 90,000,000 calls per month, and the CRM systems used to open, assign and track trouble tickets through the company's customer contact center.
