TOSS VIRTUAL PBX SYSTEM REPLICATES FIRM'S COMMUNICATIONS.

TOSS Corporation, a provider of network and disaster avoidance services headquartered in Framingham, Mass, has introduced a virtual PBX (private branch exchange) service that will instantly replicate a law firm's entire voice communications system if the local system is unavailable. Calls to the firm are automatically routed to TOSS' Disaster Avoidance facility. The Virtual PBX supports all of the features of the law firm's own phone system including voice mail, call forwarding, call "follow me" which transfers calls to a cell phone, and can route calls to an Internet phone or notebook.

Virtual PBX is available for Disaster Avoidance Levels 2, 3 and 4. TOSS provides four levels of protection for legal data in its Disaster Avoidance and Recovery Services. Each level builds on and includes the previous level:
