Weekly UpdatesCemex Asia, a unit of the Mexican cement company, filed an arbitration claim in the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes against the government of Indonesia regarding its agreement to acquire a 25% stake in Indonesian cement company Semen Gresik in 1988. Cemex says despite various attempts to resolve the problem Indonesia has not allowed the Mexican company to complete the sale.
