The percentage of Latin Americans who use the Internet continues to lag behind the world, in single digits for the past four years and likely to rise to just 13% by 2005. Japanese and North Americans have considerably more surfers in their ranks, with more than 60% online by 2005, while Europeans should hit 46% by then, predicts investment bank Morgan Stanley.
