Educated in environmental engineering at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Ken Calbick received his Masters of Resource Management at Simon Fraser University. For his graduate work, Ken studied the best practices used by several North American planning agencies for implementing land use policies designed to alleviate conflicts.
