BROAD FAITH GETS $20 MILLION ORDER FROM US-BASED UNICAL.

Industries International's wholly-owned subsidiary, Broad Faith Limited, has received a $20 million order from U.S.-based Unical Enterprises, Inc. to manufacture Bell Phones by Northwestern Bell Phones and Mountain Bell brand cordless telephones.

This contract represents the introduction of Industries International's products to the U.S. and European markets. Industries International will manufacture 5.8 GHz model cordless telephones, the most technologically advanced cordless telephones on the market.

Dr. Kit Tsui, chairman and CEO of Industries International, stated, "Our Broad Faith subsidiary has established itself as one of the leading telephone equipment companies in China. This significant contract with Unical, the exclusive worldwide licensee of Bell Phones by Northwestern Bell Phones and Mountain Bell trademarks provides us with an entrance to the U.S. and European marketplace. It proves that our products quality and technology have met international requirements."

Dr. Kit Tsui continued, "Historically, most of the company's revenues come from the Chinese market. This contract is obviously very important to our company's revenue growth; it represents 53 percent of Broad Faith Limited's revenues for 2003 and 34 percent of our consolidated revenues for 2003. With our products entering the international marketplace, we expect substantial revenue growth in 2004."

In 2003, Industries International's total revenues were $59 million. The company's telecom division, Broad Faith Limited, reported revenues of $38 million.
