Weekly UpdatesGENERAL MOTORS, a U.S. auto manufacturer, said it will to invest US$240 million in its plant in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil to build and export an unnamed car model by 2006. The company expects production to increase to 210,000 units from 120,000.
