IceNet, LLC, Dallas, has added Solo101, a service provider in Philadelphia, to its customer list. Solo101 chose IceNet's VoiceWorks 32Connect Web-based solution for a quick and structured entry into the retail VoIP market. The pre-packaged, pre-branded 32Connect utilizes IceNet's unique network design, which prioritizes voice packets on a fault-tolerant and fully redundant carrier-grade IP backbone.

As interest in the cost savings associated with VoIP continues to grow, ISPs, cable companies, CLECs and other service providers need to be able to cost effectively add IP telephony solutions to their current product set.
