Weekly UpdatesALCOA, a U.S. aluminum manufacturer, said it might build a US$1 billion aluminum plant with the government of Trinidad and Tobago. Alcoa would own 60% of the plant and 60% of the products produced at the complex, which would be located in the Caribbean country.
