COLOMBIA'S government said Argentine airline Aerolineas Argentinas has returned to flying to the country after a five-year absence, while Spanish carrier Air Madrid has begun servicing the country for the first time. The government said Canadian airline Air Canada planned to open a Toronto-Bogota route by the end of June.
