Teleglobe International Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:TLGB), Hamilton, Bermuda, a leading provider of international telecommunications services to Internet service providers, fixed and mobile network operators, has launched a new Internet Digital Video Broadcast/Internet Protocol (DVB/IP) satellite platform covering the African continent to accommodate Internet traffic growth.
