Just Ask!

When viewing the exhibits, be sure to ask demonstrators questions about industry trends and the future needs of your organization. Plan a time to talk to exhibitors to get the answers you need, providing as much detail as possible about your organization and any challenges you're facing. Ask vendors for the names of other organizations facing the same challenges you are. Network with these customers and don't forget your business cards!

Special Educational Sessions

Attend the free Technology Application Briefings, Industry Intelligence Sessions, and exclusive IT sessions. While these sessions are free, space may be limited--so sign up quickly to attend. The 50-minute Technology Application Briefings provide a great opportunity to discover the most hands-on, practical product information available for information management professionals. For real answers directly from the vendors themselves, the presentations in the Industry Intelligence Pavilion will let you know what industry trends are appearing on the horizon and how you can manage them today. No product pitches, just answers straight from the source. New this year, you'll find exclusive sessions for IT with case studies and panel discussions covering the topics you really want. Vendor panelists will go head-to-head to compare their products to help you make the best buying decisions. Plus case studies with vendors and clients show you actual implementations and challenges faced. Again, while these sessions are free, space may be limited--so sign up quickly to attend.
