The law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced that Mike Mills has joined the firm as a partner. Mills joins Dorsey from the Anchorage firm of Bankston, Gronning, O'Hara, where he was a shareholder and recently served as managing shareholder. He has extensive litigation experience, specializing in complex commercial matters, and also business restructuring and commercial transactions. He received his bachelor's degree in classics from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
