THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CORPORATION, the private-sector lending arm of the World Bank, announced a US$14.5 million loan to Centro Medico Puerta de Hierro, a new healthcare facility going up in the town of Zapopan, near Guadalajara, Mexico. The center will hold an ambulatory surgical treatment center.
