December 9 is the date for the ABA exam and new ATP exam, which are
being offered concurrently. The ATP exam consists of the Ethics and
Taxation sections of the ABA exam and is scored separately. The cost of
the ABA exam is $200 for practitioners ($150 students). The ATP exam is
$150 or, if combined with the ABA, $275 for practitioners ($225
students). The deadline for registration is November 9. For details and
