CIRI hired Patrick W. Duke, CFA, as its new chief financial officer. Duke is a lifelong Alaskan who moved to this Anchorage-based job from Juneau, where he worked for Sealaska Corp., most recently as treasurer and corporate investment officer.
Duke spent more than 13 years in Sealaska's finance department working in accounting, financial analysis, corporate development and investment management positions. He also worked as the business manager for Juneau-based Capital Community Broadcasting. Duke has a bachelor's degree in finance from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is Tlingit of the Raven, Dog Salmon clan and was raised in Copper Center.
