Per the agreement, DecisionOne will provide installation services for Neobits' customers who purchase Talkswitch phone systems. As a result of this agreement, DecisionOne's services will also be available to all Neobits resellers who wish to offer local installation and cabling services to their end-user customers.

Desktop to Dialtone(TM) services span the VoIP lifecycle to include network assessment, logistics, deployment, technical service desk, and maintenance.
