Honey is getting more attention these days. It's natural. It
appeals to sophisticated palates. It sells barbecue sauce and chips. The
fact that it's being taken seriously by athletes makes it cool. One
of my convenience-store informers tells me that the big guys like the
way it tastes in coffee as well as tea. My first thought was
"Yuck!" but I tried it with hot and with iced coffee and
actually liked it with both. The implications are endless--if only it
wasn't so slow and sticky!
