Bassler, a registered professional civil engineer and chief civil engineer for EEI, has 25 years of civil engineering experience and has been with the firm since 1999. He specializes in site planning and design of residential, commercial and municipal developments. Waring, a registered professional mechanical engineer, has 12 years experience specializing in commercial and military aviation fueling systems. He is chief mechanical engineer for EEI and has been with the firm since 1998.
