Action Security Inc.(James M. Nolan appointed as CEO)(Kirby Milham as vice president of Financial Security Sales)(Maggie Ibarra

Action Security Inc. announced that James M. (Mike) Nolan was appointed CEO. He replaces Scott Henke who will continue his role as president, as well as remain on Action's board of directors. Action also restructured its organization into two operating units.

The new organization will consist of two operating units that will report to the newly appointed Nolan. Action Security Hardware consists of contract hardware and locksmith services and will be led by Paulene Steadman, senior vice president. Action Electronic Security consists of electronic and financial institution security products and will be led by Mike Stevens, vice president.

In addition to the new organization announcements, Action has appointed Kirby Milham as vice president of Financial Security Sales and Maggie Ibarra as vice president of Locksmith Services.
