Julee Drennan was hired as assistant vice president and human resources officer and Jay Blury as marketing officer for Northrim Bank.

Drennan has nearly 20 years of human resources experience. She graduated from Northland College as a music education major. The National Society for Human Resources Management has certified her as a senior professional in human resources and as an advanced human resources generalist.

Blury has four years of experience in marketing, sales and communication. He received his bachelor's degree in journalism and public communications from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a member of the American Marketing Association.
