Alaska Regional Hospital.(Right Moves)

Mary "Fran" Arseneau, C.P.C. (Certified Professional Coder), has been named assistant ethics and compliance officer at Alaska Regional Hospital. She is the former manager for Quality Assurance and Program Integrity for the State of Alaska Division of Senior and Disabilities Services, and has an extensive background in health care compliance, quality assurance, program integrity and surveillance/utilization review. Arseneau's health care experience also includes 10 years at Alaska Regional from the 1970s to 1980s.

Patricia Ball, R.N., CIC (Certification in Infection Control), has been hired as the infection control program director for the hospital. She has worked in infection control and practice at the former Valley Hospital in Palmer, and most recently at North Star Behavioral Health.
