Alaska USA to acquire anchorage Willis of Alaska.(INSURANCE)

Alaska USA Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Anchorage office of Willis of Alaska. The transaction is expected to close by press times, subject to certain customary conditions. Terms were not disclosed.

This acquisition is only for the Anchorage operations, which has approximately 30 employees at its one location. The Anchorage office has a diversified book of commercial insurance business, including property and casualty, employee benefits and risk management services.
