Inspection log.

The following is a partial list of inspection documents that have been requested under the Freedom of Information Act by various parties, according to FDA's Freedom of Information (FOI) Log, which Inspection Monitor subscribers can obtain on IBM-compatible diskette. Copies of these 483s and EIRs, which have to be obtained from FDA in most cases and in some cases INSPECTION LOG may NOT be available, can be ordered through RECORD-RETRIEVE by referencing the FOIA file # (e.g., 03008075), or, readers can submit requests on their own using the file number.
